I’d say he’s the best storyteller I ever knew, but are many caveats to that statement. As I repost these episodes, I feel like I should write a long biography of Mr. A, and explain how we met. But we met at a party so it’s not a great story. The thought of rehashing my relationship with him is simply too exhausting. Knowing this man and listening to him talk for so many hours was thrilling and I love him dearly, but I had to stop recording him. He affected me too much.
These recordings were made over the course of one year, from February of 2007, to February of 2008. There are 24 episodes in all. I’ll post 2 more in a week.
