2 Year Milestone

Today is my 2 year anniversary at Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. When I arrived here in 2009, head writer A.D. Miles warned me that the job would demand my every waking hour, and that I would not have a life outside of 30 Rock. This was an experience I was very eager to have so I accepted without hesitation. While it has gone better than expected, and it is the best job I’ve ever had, I would not exactly characterize the experience as “a cakewalk” or “a great place to get a lot of sleep” or “awesome for one’s marriage”. Hitting the 2 year mark is an accomplishment that I am proud of. I owe a lot to my friends here on 7th Floor, West.

Your filmmaking contributions to the show are some of the highlights of the past two years. The whole LNwJF cast and crew are willing subjects and will go where ever you take them. It is also great to see you get to join in and sing every once in a while 🙂

Thank you Amy. And if you are referring to the Rockapella bit, then I think you are one of a select few who gets that I am not actually in Rockapella. Or was that obvious?

I saw an entire box of splenda packets behind the case of Red Bull that’s hidden in the paper closet outside of Tartaro’s office.

I am SO glad you are part of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. I’m sure things wouldn’t be as funny if you weren’t part of the team.
    Congrats. 🙂
